Backed by several organic certifications (EUROHOJA or Sohiscert), Ragonor pistachios are 100% organic, thus guaranteeing all their nutritional properties. Our pistachios are grown in the heart of Castilla -La Mancha, an idyllic environment for the development of the fruit thanks to its Mediterranean climate, resulting in a high quality product. They are carefully harvested at their optimum point of ripeness and immediately arrive at our peeling, drying and stabilisation facilities.

At Ragonor we stand out for planting two varieties: Kerman and Sirora. Both provide numerous health benefits in general, rich in healthy fats, vegetable proteins and fibre. In addition to serving as a snack, the Kerman variety is a basic ingredient in confectionery and Mediterranean cuisine, thanks to its large pistachio and aroma.
